Opening
your new Restaurant
A
common misconception in the restaurant industry is the time frame
needed to open a food service establishment. Our staff has been working
with restaurant startups for over thirty years, and we know the in's
and out's of the entire process. We can be an enormous help to you
and the planning of your restaurant. Let us help you with the headaches
that come with this process.
What
to expect?
• To start off you will need to choose a style, menu and a location.
• At that point you will need to have plans of the space drawn, showing
all ADA requirements, plumbing, electrical, gas and electrical equipment
with spec sheets, as well as all plumbed items with spec sheets.
• Once you have done this you will need to have the construction bid,
the plans turned into the city (health and building) and then you
can start choosing your finishes on the space.
• This
a a long and sometimes grueling process. We are here for you, call
us and we can walk you through the entire ordeal.
• Our designer has worked with almost every contractor in town, all
of the permit representatives and many of the vendors.
