When Will My Order Be Ready?

Most orders can be filled within 1 business day. In the event we are not able to completely fill your order within 1 business day, we will contact you immediately to provide you with details and a time frame for your pickup. 

Please allow an additional business day for used equipment orders. In order to ensure the quality of our used equipment, we always perform a final cleaning and  inspection of any purchased items before customer pickup. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready. 

If you place an order on the weekend, or after 5:00pm PST, your order may not be ready until the end of the following business day. 

How Will I Know When My Order is Ready for Pickup?

We will send you a notification e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Notification e-mails will be sent to the address provided during the order checkout process. If you would prefer a call when your order is ready, please indicate your preference in the NOTES section of the One-Page Check Out form.

Where Do I Pick Up My Order?

All orders can be picked up at the front sales desk in our main store, located at 1750 E Trent Ave, Spokane, WA 99202. We are open M-F, from 8:30am-5:00pm. For all questions concerning your order, please contact us directly at (509) 534-5500.

How Long Will SRE Hold My Order?

We will hold your order in our main store for 7 days. Once 7 days have passed, if you have not picked up your purchase or contacted SRE to make arrangements for pickup, we will cancel your order and return the merchandise to our sales floor. We will send you a reminder e-mail one day before your order is cancelled.
