SWEET LOU’S

The project at Sweet Lou’s was a big undertaking, but our team was prepared. We worked alongside Chad Foust, the owner of Sweet Lou’s, to help them design the kitchen of their dreams. Sweet Lou’s is a Restaurant and Tap house with three locations. The first of these locations is in Ponderay, Idaho, the second in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and the most recent one, in Athol, Idaho. We were honored to be chosen to expand their wonderful business and work with their amazing team.

We were tasked with designing the kitchen and bar in cooperation with the ownership and local architect. We worked around the building’s layout and ensured all the equipment would fit to perfection. Then came designing the booths, tables, and layout of the dining room.  

Next came the installation. We installed numerous different equipment pieces including bar equipment, refrigeration, ranges, and so much more. We worked with the owner, general contractor and subcontractors through the entire building process, from the ground up. This project was one of the most exciting projects we have ever been involved with. Huge thank you to Sweet Lou’s for the opportunity to work with you on this project.
