This double rack, straight-thru model, low temp dishwasher can go through up to 80 racks/hour. It features an all stainless steel construction for long life, integrated scrap tray (preventing food soil from entering the drain system), and uses only 0.97 gallons of water per cycle per rack, with two 1 hp pumps. The top mounted controls includes a built-in chemical pump and deliming system for dealing with scale. The 16″ door opening accommodates most standard dishes and cookware.
