This SilverStar series convection oven will be a great additon to any kitchen. It’s a gas 72,000 BTU, single-deck, standard depth oven. Special patented, high efficiency, non-clog Inshot burners. Patented “plug-in, plug-out” control panel for easy service. It has solid slate controls, and a 60 minutes cook timer. Comes with dependent glass doors, five wire racks that have eleven position rack glides. The fans have 2-speeds with 1/2 hp. The interior is all porcelain with lights. The exterior has a stainless steel front, top, and sides. Sits on 26″ stainless steel triangular legs.
