Adrienne has been doing design work since 1999 and designing with SRE since 2012. She’s been working with restaurants even longer! She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and specializes in the function, flow, and efficiency of restaurants. She’s an organizer, a leader, and heads up the SRE design team.
Adrienne has worked on TGI Friday’s restaurants all over the world, Twigs Bistros, the Schweitzer Summit Lodge, and was instrumental in the prototyping of the original Sweeto Burrito.
In her spare time, she likes to play with her family (including four teenagers!), play board games, snowboard, ski, paddleboard, volleyball (they’ve got their own team!), watch live theater, go camping, work in the garden, entertain friends, and laugh.
