Patrick has been in the foodservice industry since the mid-1980s and he specializes in working with and for culinarians and owners of restaurants, hotels, catering companies, schools, and higher education. He’s served as the catering chef for the feature films True Believer and Casualties of War.

In his spare time, Patrick likes to golf, travel to Mexico, do yard work, practice woodworking, and go camping.
