Tom has been working in foodservice since 1986 and with SRE since 2005. He’s certified in HACCP food safety and handling. Tom specializes in private money projects and has worked on projects such as Pint House Burgers & Brews, Casper Fry, Durkins, Madeline’s, EL Sombrero in Walla Walla, Vaqueros in Spokane Valley, and Shawn O’Donnell’s Grill & Pub.

In his spare time, Tom like to do outdoor activities including golfing, camping, and boating.
