This Super Deluxe Chef Base Refrigerator will be a perfect base. With 16.04 cu. ft., being able to hold 60 pans at 1/6 size. A 16 ga one-piece reinforced insulted top, able to hold 1192 lbs of equipment. Using R-290 in a side mounted compressor to keep temperature in a good range even with cooking on top, with a self-cleaning condenser. The 4 drawers are stainless, with recessed handles. The inside and outside of the unit is reinforced stainless for durability.
