The Chefmate 24” Gas Griddle comes with manual controls, a 3/4” polished griddle plate and a lift off cooktop. The U-style burner provides heat control every 12” and flame every 6″ while pumping out 30,000 BTUs per burner. The unit has adjustable pilots with front access, 3-1/4” back and side splash, cool-to-touch front edge, stainless steel construction, adjustable legs with stainless steel feet, and a 3-1/4” trough. It ships Natural Gas and includes an LP conversion kit. CSA Sanitation, NSF (NSF/ANSI 4), CSA Blue Star.
