This 36″ wide countertop gas griddle comes with a 1” highly polished griddle plate fully welded to a stainless steel frame. It features thermostatic controls every 12” for a total of 90,000 BTU’s. Individual adjustable pilots with front access, 4” wide grease trough, stainless steel double wall construction with extended cool-to-touch front edge, and 4” adjustable heavy duty stainless steel legs round out the features of this unit.
