This 48″ wide countertop gas griddle comes with a 1″ highly polished griddle plate fully welded to a stainless steel frame. It features thermostatic controls every 12″ for a total of 120,000 BTU’s. Individual adjustable pilots with front access, 4″ wide grease trough, stainless steel double wall construction with extended cool-to-touch front edge, and 4″ adjustable heavy duty stainless steel legs round out the features of this unit.
