I’ve spent most of my career in customer service and sales, where helping people and building genuine connections come naturally to me. My approach is simple: “You don’t know anyone’s story before you meet them, so choose kindness,” which is why I’ve been successful at creating lasting relationships with customers throughout my time in retail and now at SRE.
