We are here to help you as the most experienced equipment supplier in Eastern Washington and beyond. We focus on the key northwest states in supplying all of your restaurant, bar, and store needs.
Mike started the business in 1976 with his father John. John retired in 1994. Mike leads the SRE team of 30 employees that controls all aspects of projects from design to installation. 44 years of working with owners, architects, and contractors gives Mike the knowledge and experience required to be a leader in this industry.
Adrienne has been doing design work since 1999 and designing with SRE since 2012. She's been working with restaurants even longer! She holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and specializes in the function, flow, and efficiency of restaurants. She's an organizer, a leader, and heads up the SRE design team.
Steve has been in the foodservice arena since 1972, and with SRE since 2012. He specializes in helping you find the right kitchen equipment and smallwares for your needs. A few of the projects Steve has worked on are Sweeto Burrito, Hotel Indigo, and Noodle Express/Mustard Seed.
Sean has been working in foodservice since 1984 and with SRE since 1991. He specializes in project bidding and job costing and has worked on projects such as the Spokane Tribe Casino, the California State University Monterey Bay Student Union, all 13 Twigs Bistro and Martini Bars, and all DeLeon Taco & Bar locations.
Tom has been working in foodservice since 1986 and with SRE since 2005. He's certified in HACCP food safety and handling. Tom specializes in private money projects and has worked on projects such as Pint House Burgers & Brews, Casper Fry, Durkins, Madeline's, EL Sombrero in Walla Walla, Vaqueros in Spokane Valley, and Shawn O'Donnell's Grill & Pub.
Chad has been helping customers find the right equipment for their needs since 1995 and has been with SRE since 2007. He specializes in equipment, smallwares, and tabletop needs. Over the years, Chad has worked on several Zip's locations, Millie's Bar & Grill, Capone's, Sweet Frostings, and Wake Up Call coffee.
Dave has been in the foodservice arena and with SRE since 2009. He has an IT background and a strong skillset in technical areas. Dave is a Rational Combi Trained Specialist in Special and Speed Ovens, and also specializes in smaller projects that involve ventless technologies. Dave has worked on countless projects, many being remodels and new builds in the $20,000 to $150,000 range.
Melissa has been in foodservice since 1996 and first started at SRE in 2003. She specializes in helping you meet your equipment, smallwares, and tabletop needs. Some of the projects Melissa has worked on are Scofflaw's, Valley Assembly of God, and many others.
